The need to ensure the sustainable development of countries and regions is currently one of the most important tasks in connection the global nature of the challenges facing our world. The world is experiencing a huge economic turmoil since 2008 year. Currently, the world is witnessing a global redistribution of wealth. To date, the BRIC countries quickly evolve as new centers of economic and social development. Globalization has dramatically changed the national and the regional economy.
